We Clean provides professional B2B commercial cleaning services as described in your service agreement. Our services include:

Pricing: Service fees are determined through zone-based evaluation and outlined in your service agreement. Pricing is based on facility type, square footage, service frequency, and specific requirements.
Billing: Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payment: Overdue accounts may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee and suspension of services.
Payment Methods: We accept check, ACH transfer, and credit card payments.
Client Cancellation: Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
No Penalties: We do not charge cancellation fees or penalties. Our flexible agreements allow you to adjust or cancel services as your business needs change.
Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or circumstances that make service provision impractical or unsafe.
Final Payment: All outstanding invoices must be paid upon termination.
Client agrees to provide We Clean with reasonable access to the facility during agreed service hours, including:

Insurance Coverage: We Clean maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for damages is limited to the service fees paid for the period in which the incident occurred, except where prohibited by law.
Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be reported to us within 48 hours of discovery. We will investigate and respond promptly to all valid claims.
Excluded Items: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage to items left unsecured in cleaning areas.
